Last Thursday Opening Reception

Join us on Last Thursday for the opening of two new shows at Alberta Street Gallery! Our front window will feature new work by gallery members Kim Nickens and Gary Grossman in "Renewal in Pics & Paper." In Lavaun's Gallery, "Through the Trees" will feature the work of Michelle Purvis and Maquette. The reception will also feature live music by Manzanita.

Renewal in Pics & Paper

Featuring Kim Nickens and Gary Grossman

Paper artist Kim Nickens and photographer Gary Grossman have come together to create show featuring their work which is very different but compliment each other well, showing renewal as we move into spring.

Kim has created a series of colorful paper pots that hold nature in their cones, while Gary has shot a series of images capturing nature and the natural world's ability to renew itself endlessly. 

We hope our work can inspire a continued appreciation for all things natural in the pacific northwest.

Through the Trees
